“Together for a better world without war and poverty, with respect for fundamental human rights” This is the fundamental idea of the United Nations.

The UN is our only truly global and democratic arena and our strongest card in the struggle for a better world for all. A strong UN depends on active and supportive member nations, and conscious and engaged individuals that follow the work of the UN.

Why did you want to apply for Folkehøgskole?

I wanted to continue my education in the field of International Relations/ Foreign Affairs. I thought it would be easier to experience the folk high school first so that i can adjust with the Norwegian culture, lifestyle and language. I can join the University after that so that i can focus on my studies rather than adjusting to the surrounding.
